FAQ’s
What is included with my membership?
Unlimited wash and blow-dries!! Different packages offer different benefits. Bronze gives you UNLIMITED blow-dries Sunday - Thursday. Silver gives you UNLIMITED blow-dries on any day, and Gold gives you the benefits of the Silver packages plus 1 treatment (Kerastase Fusio-dose) per month, and drinks during your visit. All packages include 20% of Kerastase retail products, and hair treatments. Appointments are limited to one per day.
What’s not included?
Hair-ups, and any other beauty treatments are not included on any of our memberships.
How long is the membership for?
There is no minimum time for our membership. All our memberships will auto-renew unless cancelled. If you miss a payment, your membership will be suspended and all blow-dries will be charged at the usual rate during this period.
Why is there two different prices?
The lower price is for most of our clients, but if you’re lucky enough to have longer/thicker hair or have extensions, a supplement will apply monthly.
Can I let someone else use my membership?
Unfortunately not. Your membership is exclusive to you, and you only. All of our Unlimited packages are non transferable and non refundable.
What if I’m late to my appointment?
We will do everything we can to accommodate you if you’re late to your appointment, regarding it doesn’t affect our next clients service. We may have to shorten your appointment time by skipping the wash, or reschedule your appointment (this will lead to a cancellation fee).
What if I don’t turn up to my appointment?
Our usual NOSHOW policy will still be in place for all clients to fail to turn up. We will charge the full amount of your service to your card stored on file.
Can I choose my stylist?
Yes, you can. You’re more than welcome to request your preferred stylist when booking in, regarding they have availability.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership online, or by contacting us. No refunds will be given for any membership – your membership will continue until your renewal date.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, that’s not a problem. Get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll put a delay on all future direct debits. Just let us know when you’d like to start up the membership again.
